Porky's Drive-In by artist Terrence Fogarty, now closed, which was stationed on University Avenue in St. Paul, Minnesota, opened in 1953 and closed in spring of 2011.
About the Artist: Terrence Fogarty has become one of America's favorite artists. He is the Official Artist to the United States Hockey Hall of Fame. His work hangs in the collection of many professional athletes and sports organizations. His artwork has covered a variety of historical sporting events over the years including the 1988 America's Cup Race and the 1985 and 1986 Major League Baseball All-Star Game commemorative posters. Many of his paintings have been inspired by the events and scenes of his native state of Minnesota, including small town baseball, the long tradition of ice hockey, and the special family relationships bridged through sports.
